The vitamins are vitamin B1 or thiamin, B2 riboflavin, B3 niacin, B5 or pantothenic, B6 or pyridoxine, B7 or biotin, B9 or folic acid, B12 or cobalamin. Vitamin B is essential for different complex body function. Apart from that, it is crucial for maintaining the skin and hair.
